1. Information We Collect

When you subscribe to X3 DeFi Data, we collect: your email address, payment information (processed by Stripe), and IP address. We track API usage per key to enforce rate limits and quotas.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your email is used for: account access, API key delivery, billing notifications, and service updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under their privacy policy.

3. API Usage Data

We log API calls (timestamp, key ID, endpoint) for billing, rate limiting, and abuse detection. Call logs are retained for 90 days. We do not log request payloads or trade data you send.

4. Data Security

API keys are stored securely. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS). However, no security method is 100% secure. Protect your API key as you would a password.

5. Third-Party Services

X3 DeFi Data uses: Stripe (payments), Upstash (caching), Vercel (hosting), DEX Screener (data source). Each has its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for their practices.

6. Data Retention

We retain your email and payment info as long as your account is active. After account closure, we retain records for 7 years for tax/legal compliance. API usage logs are deleted after 90 days.

7. Your Rights

You can request data deletion or export at any time. Contact defi@x3digitalcapital.com. We will respond within 30 days. Deletion of your account will revoke all associated API keys.

8. Policy Changes

We may update this policy. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service indicates acceptance of updated privacy practices.
