1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using X3 DeFi Data API, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

X3 DeFi Data provides cleaned Uniswap pool data and cross-chain arbitrage signals via API. Data is provided "as-is" and refreshed every 60 seconds. X3 Digital Capital makes no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or completeness.

3. Not Financial Advice

All data and analysis provided by X3 DeFi Data is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Trading and cryptocurrency investments involve substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

4. API Key Ownership & Usage

API keys are personal and non-transferable. You agree not to share your key publicly or with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all activity under your key. X3 Digital Capital reserves the right to revoke keys for abuse or violation of these terms.

5. Rate Limits & Quotas

Subscription tier: 60 calls/minute, 10,000 calls/month. Monthly quotas reset on the 1st (UTC). Exceeding limits may result in service suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

X3 Digital Capital is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. X3 Digital Capital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss or trading losses.

7. Termination

X3 Digital Capital reserves the right to terminate or suspend access immediately, without notice, for violation of these terms or misuse of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

X3 Digital Capital may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
